Henkel I know this thread is a few days old, but I took classes at Tulane Univ LS and when abroad and studied at Tulane's McGill Univ in Montreal and the credits did not transfer. I believe its because the classes are compressed and the subjects are more of a lecture than law school analysis. I had a great experience and had a lot of fun.

The women in Montreal are beautiful. I would go back there for the women alone!!
jpol Case Western and OH Univ are T-50 schools.

You can easily get in with your LSAT and GPA.

I took 1 yr off btwn UG and LS. It really helped me get my personal affairs in order. I also got a job which is helping pay about $3k yr of law school exp.

I will say that the longer you wait to go to LS the less likely you will actually go. So, a 1-2yr leave from school is ok.

Psy & law is a good combination. Will help in the courtroom.
cc4357 I think the exception is if the foreign program is part of the US school.
Tulane Univ transfers grades from its foreign programs.
hcalex88 I'm at a small private liberal arts Methodist college in Montgomery, AL. Right now I'm looking at two local schools in Alabama as last resorts because I'm really against taking a year off between undergraduate and graduate schools. I'm mostly looking at schools up North like in Pennsylvania and Ohio and D.C. I think my lsat will actually improve if I take a course to help my prepare for it because that is only the first I took.
Preston thats exactly what happened to me. I studied at McGill Univ in Montreal and only the credits transfered and not the grades.

your LSAT is strong, but the applicant pool at T-15 schools is very strong b/c everyone is learning strategies on how to beat the LSAT.

So, to get into a better school and effectively complete with other applications is stellar GPA/LSAT and soft factors, I would build up your GPA first to applying.

Where are you applying to? WHere is you UG degree from?
hcalex88 Yeah they don't transfer the grades they will just show up as either a pass or fail with no credit to my GPA
