jpol I would not spend the money on flights unless you have the dough. You can plan a trip around the tour or check youtube for vids of the schools.

The most important thing is the location of the housing and shopping for necessities. If you stay near campus it will get expensive. Your room and board can be as much as the tuition!!

So, be careful. If you have a specific question on a certain school, then post a question on this board and hopefully you get the response you are looking for.

Where are you looking to apply?
idsh82 Before I take the LSAT and apply to a LS i'd like to visit the school. The problem is that it will cost $$$$.

I'm in a TIGHT money situation right now, and I don't think I can swing the cost of the trip. However, I'm open to some convincing. Is visiting a school in person that helpful for choosing the "right" school? Do you visit all of the ones you're considering or just the top few?

When you visit, what are you trying to accomplish? What are your objectives during the visit?

Thank you in advance.
