Docket I have two questions:

1st, i want to do a short sale on my house. The short sale expert says if i put my house in a trust he can sell it for me. That he will be the trustee of the trust and that he will act on my behalf to sell the property and deal with the bank. Has anyone ever done this?

2nd, if i short sell the property or if it goes into foreclosure, will that hurt my chances of geting licensed?

Any suggestions would be helpful.

Docket.
