steve Be careful with the use of no-contest clauses. Some flexibility may need to be incorporated in them as the personal representatives or successor trustees may need to alter the documents for administrative purposes. A no-contest clause, if not drafted property would hinder this ability.

Jacob Consult an attorney, but I think you should specifically disinherit your family members and add a no contest clause to your will.
