bigdaddy Its an interesting question: wether or not she should be held to a higher standard of care. But, in the end, its a bit too theoretical in my opinion. She is not looking to purposely show up her underside, and photo ops occur when you hounded like the way she is hounded. I do not think however aggressive a prosecutor is they could prosecute her. Its a bit too law and order'ish, even Jack McCoy would think twice about that one. But, its creative, and that is the corner stone of good-lawyering, creativity.
Jim C. This may be a bit off the wall, and I know its the paparazzi chasing her around and grabbing these picture --- But, does anyone think and overly aggressive, and they would have to be, prosecutor could charge her with some sort of flashing crime or indicent exposure crime? I mean, it keeps happening over and over again, I am wondering if just being that careless, considering she knows people are snapping pictures of her butt, sometimes with underwear, other times not, if she could be charged with anything? I mean, it seems to me with the way the laws are being written and enforced these days, we are almost a police state now. But, is is theoretically possible?

Not that it should be done.

Post edited by: Jim C., at: 2007/06/14 14:08
