LK311 I have handled these cases, most times there is very little you can do. They have made the process just about idoit proof for the police officer to walk through the whole thing. You can test the machine, see if the stop was good, see what tests they ran, but this is one of those feilds of law that the crime is really difficult to dissprove, especially when the driver usually admits to have a "couple of beers."
Samantha I don't do that kind of work, but I have heard some stories. Its a business. A lot of attorneys out there are making a quick buck for an easy plea, and praying on the desperation of the client to pay, and they do from what I understand. I can't imagine it easy to face a crime.
Lex You need to be careful when choosing a dui attorney these days. Its seem more and more of them have decided to charge a fee simply to take a plea that the defendant can get on their own. get references.
cavden I recently needed to find a DUI lawyer and had a hard time finding one in my area. I did some research and thought this could be a good solution.
